Poor service

I contacted 1 grid about an issue where my emails were not being sent (and I could not receive) from gmail accounts. They said they had fixed the issue. They had not. I then contacted another company to take over my domain. The other company has been rejected by 1 grid THREE times. They are holding my domain hostage and no longer replying to emails asking why they will not transfer my account across. DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.
