Poor service

A week ago my email stopped working. I contacted my email service provider requesting assistance. A ticket number was assigned and then silence. I followed up and was assured that the person assigned to my request for assistance would be calling me the same day. Today is six days since I requested help, but I have not even received the courtesy of a call or reply to advise what could possible be wrong. They write to request more feedback but nobody is calling to verify my error I am receiving, despite advising them what I see pops up....JUST NOT INTERESTED is all I get from the silence. The fact that I may suffer income losses due to my inability to receive or respond to emails is clearly not a concern. However taking our money is a priority.
