Poor service
It is now 5 days and my request on ticket #*** has still not been implemented causing serious problem. The average response time is now 3 days which is unacceptable.

26 Aug 2026, 19:23Does 1-Grid not test software installation at all. They install some AI Website builder and now I cant get into Webmail I get diverted to this stupid website builder. Every day there is a new issue. They are making it very difficult to run a business.
