Poor service

Poor service throughout, I think twice before contacting them, livechat waiting time is two hours or you wont even get a response. whatsapp same thing. You call them and youll be on hold until your airtime is depleted and they will never call back. Honestly I am still with them because that is where most of my domains are, will surely find better alternatives, It is a NIGHTMARE TO CONTACT THEM. POOR SERVICE.
