Poor service

Hi there Please see below the invoice I received where it stated that DEBIT ORDERS run from Mon- thursday. I left the invoices because I thought the debit order is going of.. then they just suspended my account so I did an eft..I sent through a proof of payment AND I waited 2-3 working days and they rep**** and said the amount is reflecting in my account. I sent through screenshots that show my website is not live and they just rep**** that the website builder is working.. it also is not active.. Very poor response from 1-grid. Won't recommend
