Poor service!

I have been trying to get hold of 1-grid for 4 days now and help or support. I have never experienced such shocking support in all my life. My emails nor my website has been set up, support doesnt answer calls nor emails. Im disgusted in this support. I do not suggest anyone goes to this company. I had two people ask where to sign up their company and this is certainly not where I would send them
