POOR POOR SERVICE - EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

A NIGHTMARE, this company has an excellent website and high ranking when you want to transfer your domain, extremely efficient at ensuring effective online payment to "get going". however after that there is NO response to tickets, phone calls for service for transfer of domain to ANOTHER service provider (nor even their so called "Sales Extension". NO RESPONSE to phone calls, NO RESPONSE to tickets logged on their website from myself NOR the new service provider I appointed. The ticket for transfer of domain was approved, but the certificate still POINTS at 1_grid. SORT this OUT URGENTLY PLEASE. This is holding me hostage for any further development. Online excellence claimed is certainly NOT evident!
