Poor customer service after several follow ups
We have had endless issues with 1-grid, even after login a ticket more than a week ago and several follow ups the only response we get is the ticket has been merged and someone will get back to us shortly.
To date the ticket number *** remains unresolved and I am sitting with unhappy clients.
Please can someone at 1-Grid assist with the matter and not just send another automated response! The account number in question is AVA012.
