Poor and unprofessional service. Very little value.

This is the very poor response I got to my query. The server response times is between 9-11 seconds. I intend moving all by business.

Hi Sihaam, Thank you for contacting 1-grid Hosting Support. please provide us with the answer. have tried the guide we sent to you? did you follow them? and if you did follow them? what error is showing now? have tried installing a CDN? you wen come to a website we don't fix client website we only send you a guide on how to fix, the rest you will have to fix it on your own, we only fix when there is a server error but if there is no server error, then we only send the guide for you to follow and fix it
