Please do run away and choose someone else

Website was hacked yet again. The last time we scanned files and changed every password possible. We are a Pro account BTW..

Today we find our site hacked yet again, now the backup system of 1-grid is buggy at best through the year, often we have to ask to reset the server of restart the backup system.

Now this backup system was unresponsive so I phoned in to get that sorted (11:45am). The guy on the other end promised to phone back and he definitely had my number because he confirmed, he would restore the exact files for me.

Over 2 hours later, I tried to call again. after waiting for about 30 minutes I get to such a great Einstein that not only didn't want to help but just put the phone down and since then couldn't get help at all as they don't answer their calls..

The site is still down btw...

Just don't use them... really guys.. its so bad its scary .. and the hosting field which is filled with such arrogance, these guys are really leading the pack ( there are one or two guys in the company that are not bad but geez do the rest drag the company down)
