PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH

1-Grid is my domain host company. I recently had occasion to call the support line to set up my email address. Zolani was super-patient and helpful, and the whole task was completed in a matter of minutes. I was also impressed with the fact that, whilst on hold for Support, one is constantly kept informed of where you are in the queue, so no 'sitting in limbo' forever. Overall, a pleasant experience. Also, when I originally had contact with the company, I dealt with Othniel, who was at all times attentive and responsive to all my questions and emails, and even took the time to meet with me face to face at my insistence (something which is not usually done), so that I could clarify my needs in more detail.
