I normally struggle with getting any type of decent service out of 1-grid. In fact I dread having to make any type of query. But today Phaqiqah changed all of that for me today. Still struggling to get everything back online I received a follow up call from Phaqiqah who was calm, patient and actually answered my answers when asked so that I could become more knowledgeable if the problem came up again. I highly recommend Phaqiqah as excellent example of how to communicate, problem solve and be of service to your customers.
