Zaheer Walley gave me great, fast efficient service with my email address set up and connection. He really went the extra mile because I expected to wait for 24hours for service but an hour after I logged my ticket BOOM I was helped and he even followed up with a call. Service companies tend to be so impersonal but I felt the service was personal here. Thank YOU! Way to go Zaheer
