Pathetic under-qualified Service!!

Most pathetic support ever! been 3 works now for a server side issue on their end where we cannot keep a stable FTP connection or Cpanel connection (tried on various networks) so its definitely on their side (confirmed by various well s****ed Server Admins on our side) yet we told on 2 occasions its on our end! now heres the thing,2 of their techs replicated the issue and confirmed its an issue on their side , we have spoken to various other technicians on their end as well as a so called Senior Mickey Mouse technician and the issue is still not resolved! we lucky if we get 1 email response from their support a day! i would not recommend you guys even if you were the last hosting company available , you guys are even worse than Webafrica that you have taken hosting over from! we previously had more than 200+ domains hosted and this was the exact reason we moved them all from you guys! your support is ridiculous and pretty sure your techs are not anywhere near qualified as we could tell you the issue was on the hosted side before your own techs could even figure that out! so its been 3 weeks on we still sit with the same issue! luckily we are in the process of getting our last few domains and services as far away from this company as possible! to all companies considering hosting ,AVOID this 1 like the plague
