Pathetic support service

Absolutely pathetic service!!! They don't respond to tickets, they don't respond on the live chat and it takes 25 minutes plus for their support center to answer the phone. The worst service I've ever had from a hosting provider. I would not recommend them to anyone. There is constant issues and no one to get it resolved. Their empty promises persist but there are no effort from their side. What a joke of a company!
