Pathetic service - yet again

Guys - don't even waste your time with this provider. I just constantly run into issues all the time. If it is not waiting for days for an SSL then it is an issue with a domain's DNS entry just changing all by itself or losing access to cPanel and then you have to wait in the queue on the phone for a long time. Their LiveChat option takes just as long to respond and you are lucky if someone responds to a support call log. I am so over being yelled at by customers because 1-grid cannot get their act straight.
