Pathetic Service from One Grid
One Grid is the most useless company I have ever dealt with. For months my emails from all my accounts have been ending up in customers spam/junk folders, this has cost me thousands in lost revenue due to clients not receiving quotes and invoices. One Grid cannot seem to solve this problem, nor can I get hold of them on the phone, only email, which they answer once a week. I even had one of the technitions send me someone elses information of their email account settings and password!!! So im actualy not sure if my personal information is safe with them. I will be investigating moving all my business elswhere if this issue is not properly resolved by end of business 20th October.
