PATHETIC SERVICE

Emails off now for 5 days and counting. Communication with them is impossible as my messages and pleas for help goes ignored by them. It's really very frustrating trying to deal with them, I will never recommend them again, and regret referring many customers to them as it's leaving me with the red face.
