Outstanding support by Shane

I was having so many issues with timeouts on the server I used to host all my reseller accounts on, and lost clients and so much time on constantly trying to sort out these issues. Shane assisted me and suggested I upgrade to a Business VPS. Without his advice, guidance and support, I would not have been able to cope with the migration of so many clients. He responded quickly and thoroughly kept me up to date.
