Outstanding customer support - Andiswa and Gavin

I have been utilising 1-grid hosting services for some years now. I have worked with a number of agents and those who stand out for me regarding quality customer support are Gavin and Andiswa Mguqulwa. Both Gavin and Andiswa have assisted me with all the issues that I have experienced with 1-grid services.

Gavin is usually my first to contact service consultant, he addresses matters professionally and he provides sound advise. He gets straight to the point and in times when he advises that my query needs to be escalated, he ensures that I receive a call back.

Andiswa deals mostly with domain related problems. She has never dropped the ball on me since we started interacting. Her technical s****s are outstanding and when ever she can't resolve my matters (which is highly unlikely) she works with other agents within the 1-grid team and she reverts back to me with useful results.
