Ongoing website problems with no support Ongoing website problems due to 'server maintenance', NO response to tickets and NO support. No assistance by phone either. Worst hosting company to deal with, now also unable to migrate our site from them due to lack of support.

How long will we have to wait for support from your company? How are you still in business with such terrible service in a highly competitive industry??
