Once again service level drop below 0.. Got an email that I will be billed for domains all at once that they FORGOT TO BILL ME FOR... now I have to pay up all at once...

Their email: Please find this email regarding domain renewal fees that will be attached to your account shortly. We have identified that there was no invoice generated for domain name/s currently managed under your 1-grid profile. This is for the current term.
