Nwabisa Nomma impressed @ 1-grid's Support Team
1-grid's customer service system is consistent, reliable and efficient - that comes from it's automation/programming. What is more helpful is the prompt response time of an actual person behind the system and personal attention given to solving your issue. Nwabisa Nomma was s****ed, committed, professional and effective. I was frustrated by delays caused by 1 missed email in the system, otherwise I was impressed.
