In all of my years dealing with customer service, I have never had the pleasure of dealing with anybody even close to the level of Tashreeq. I could feel his desire and willingness to resolve my issue in a speedy manner. The friendliness and professionalism that accompanied it was the icing on the cake, and all this on a holiday weekend where one would assume people do not really want to be at work. Tashreeq clearly loves what he does, well done to him and well done to 1-grid for employing people of this caliber.
