its taking too long to get assistance with resetting the SSL certificate i revoked coz of an error on the site i was installing it. now emails or even chat isnt being responded to. a guy by the name Angus told me there was nothing he can do for me i should go back to the place where the site was being hosted. sorry for me for buying my services through 1 grid. service used to be much smoother and better not sure if its too busy or ??
