Not responding to tickets or phone calls (useless after sales help)

I use 1 grid to host my websites ,the last phew weeks ago I decided to transfer my domain from Geeks on Call to 1 grid. I got it right to transfer my domain from Geeks to 1 Grid, but my emails have been a problem since, I do not get any help from 1 grid at all even if I log a ticket that is urgent, you can’t reach any one over the phone since they only work of a ticket base system, I can setup my emails in the backend but when I try to set them up on outlook I get errors the whole time, I have rep**** on the original ticket that was created but still not response I have created a new ticket that says it’s urgent and still not response. If you are looking for a hosting company that *****s your money and doesn’t want to help 1 Grid is the place for you.
