NOT GETTING REFUND FOR CREDIT ON ACCOUNT
Unable to get credit refunded and the worst customer service/communication I have ever experienced. I've been requesting a refund since the 19th of October, supp**** banking details on 22 October and they still haven't refunded. Tried following up and everytime they tell me I'm on a list to be refunded and it just NEVER happens. Last story was that refund was processed last Wednesday, but still no refund. I don't know what to do anymore - I can't understand why it's so difficult to refund my credit - MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!
