No support on Transferring Domains

I have now been trying to transfer my domains away from 1-Grid since the 13th of January 2025. I have logged a ticket as it is blocked on their website. 1 response to say the ticket are being attended too by the Transfer department. Nothing since then. The phone number listed, simply says there is no agents in the queue and then disconnects me. Really bad service in general and this is the reason I am transferring my domains away from them. Support is extremely slow and you can never speak to a person directly to try and have your issues resolved.
