No support
Absolutely no response on support tickets logged. I opened a ticket (#***) on 22/11/2024. Since then I have absolutely no communication other than the first "we are looking into it" Even after I requested more information on 2 occasions, I have still not received any replies. This is for a website that is not loading on your systems !!
