No Services

Ordered a ssl certificate, cannot complete the request myself. Logged 3 tickets and only their helpdesk can provide it. Yet they are not responding. Want a refund, but for a refund you have to call them. Additionally they do not want to allow me access to manage my own dns records and are not responding.
