No service - and they don't care

Been hosting our services with them for more than 10 years. Out of the blue, we can no longer create new email addresses. I've logged multiple support calls, responded every time they asked whether the issue still persists, and clearly explained that this is urgent because we are running a business. Yet there seems to be no real urgency or ownership from their side.

Now I’m forced to figure out how to migrate our services after more than a decade as a loyal customer. Reading through the reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one experiencing this.

A very sad example of how to lose long-term customers — and eventually your reputation. And eventually close your doors.
