NO SERVICE!

I've been trying for 9 days to get support without any success, if you call you no one answers. If you create a ticket it's literally day before anyone responds and when they do they say they have sorted out the problem and then close the ticket. So I now have three tickets for the same problem. The chat widget for the support you also don't get any response. In the meantime, there is a business that is without emails. I really don't know what to do next, so do I climb in my car and drive to their offices. I joined Webafrica almost right in the beginning and they started out with very good on support they are now at the point where there is no support. I have moved so much of my business to other ISP's over the years maybe it's time to move everything. How they maintain to be in business with this level of support surpasses me.
