No proper support system at 1-Grid

I was with Webafrica, which was good, then it became 1-grid. Downhill from there, services cancelled without notice, debit order billing dates changed to the 25th of every month, support helpline is always busy with no indication of where I'm in line, support tickets not being answered for days. It all reminds me of Afrihost - you grow too fast, get greedy & cannot handle the volume. Stay away. I moved to domains.co.za since then and couldn't be happier.
