No funds

"We would like to confirm that the refund has now completed the required verification process with our finance team. The funds will be released and paid out on 13 February 2026."

According to your previous communication, the funds were scheduled to be released and paid out on 13 February 2026.

However, as of today, 16 February 2026, I have not yet received the funds.
