No customer service

Hi, support is non responsive. I’m once again stuck with no response or way to communicate with Customer support.

I have no answers for my client on why I cannot set up services for them.

Silly me for staying with 1-grid, I’ll have to move all services to a more helpful and reliable hosting company.
