NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
The service from 1-grid is absolutely shocking. No one phones you back, they keep on asking for money to make my site better but then nothing ever happens. They have excuses after excuses all the time. We ask to speak to a manager and no one will let us speak to him. We changed to a better package and have had problems since then.
