Nigel takes client service to a new level
I would give the company 1-star for the general level of service I receive, with tickets disappearing into a black hole before they are answered (even as a premium customer). HOWEVER, Nigel is a shining light of client service. He helped me get responses on a number of outstanding issues, followed up with me every day to ensure that the issues were being resolved to my satisfaction, and I would like to commend him for his excellent service. Thank you Nigel.
