Never again!!!!

I have been trying to resolve an issue of a hacked site since Friday. What disappoints me the most is that the support agents close my tickets yet the problem still persists. I'm even opting to move my hosting to a different provider where I will hopefully get better help. This was definitely the last straw. All these solutions suggested involved me paying for add-on services, and once done and paid for, the tickets are ignored or placed on 2nd tier escalations and not being responded to. I have over 10 domains on 1-grid and will definitely be moving them all. The number of sales I have lost over the past few days is disappointing.
