Much needed feedback received!
After having logged a complaint two days ago, Jo-anne Trichart jumped on the issue and investigated my problem. It turned out that some of my redirects were incorrectly configured and caused the issue. She was helpful, thoughtful and caring, making sure to apply her personal knowledge of WordPress in assisting with my issue. She also gave sufficient feedback after I tested my WP dashboard login and I am perfectly satisfied with her help.
