Mpumelelo form 1 Grid assisted me with problem I had (online) . He was professional and helpful. As a rule I refuse to do business with companies that are only available online. I have had very few problems resolved successfully online and I end up wishing there was a physical office I could go to. In my experience the people in the help desks hide behind the fact that they can't be reached. In some cases I could not even get contact details of someone to escalate problems to. Mpumelelo has given me hope that maybe an online help desk might just work.
