mis payments
i am deeply concerned as this company, or billing section constantly would say our company is in arrears. when when you send them the proof of payment they would come out and say these payments were allocated to past invoices How do the allocate to mispayments when payments have been don to date

12 Feb 2021, 10:52Thankx very much for attending to my compliant .This matter has been persistent where you dump us with new invices which hasnothing to do nor relate to invoices you have been issuing on mothly bases . and claim that the payements were allocated to those invoices Therefore we are liable to pay for the outstanding invoices How does that happen when we pay per your invoices issude mothly. Where does other invoices comefrom
Surely not many business conduct business in this fashion .
