Many days waiting for feedback on support ticket, and still waiting!!!
I submitted a support ticket, #***, on Tuesday, 23/04/2024, and tried many times to get feedback on what's gone wrong and trying to get help. They keep saying its been escalated and I will get feedback. Still waiting! Very disappointing "service"!
