I would like to publicly appreciate the service I've received from 1-grid. Even though I am not a technocrat, guys like Aphiwe Jiya were able to talk plain English and help regular Jo like myself to overcome a technical burden.

Through the self-service I had bough the R 49 package, because I needed 3 email addresses, in seeing that the acquired package was, not suitable for my needs I upgraded to the R69 Package, that too did not offer what I was looking, I initiated one more upgrade to the business pro, however, looking at the monthly knew this package was more than I needed. So I lodged one of those webchat when I was in conversation with the1 person from 1-grid. I explained what my needs were and the predicament I was in. In our chat learnt a lot of things did not know before. He explained the separation between an email box and an email address, once I understood that could better articulate what I needed. Then he referred me to Aphiwe and rest was history. All I can say now am an package that offers me everything in need. Thank you guys The company must celebrate people like Aphiwe and the first person I encountered from support services, they have displayed values of accountability and dependability in the process.
