"lost" our domain and email problems. Stay away.

We've been hosting with 1-Grid for years, but in the last 18 months or so the experience has turned south.

Firstly, a few months ago, 1-Grid made an admin error and did not allocate our payments correctly. This led to them suspending our domain, which was subsequently hijacked (Even though we made every payment on time). After this domain was hijacked and they admitted to the mistake, they continued to charge us hosting fees for this domain. We are now in the process of trying to get a refund on the hosting fees, with no avail so far.

Secondly, we are contently having issues with our emails. Our emails have been hacked from their servers once before, which caused serious security breaches. We are also finding that emails with attachments hardly ever get delivered.

I would advise anyone to stay away, especially when their are much better alternatives out there.
