Lelethu Njozela, Tashreeq du Plessis definetely not suited for pro-support or any support!

Pro-Support sucks big time. I have asked pro-support to migrate a small hosting package, domains, email accounts and websites, to my VPS server. Tashreeq du Plessis wrote: Kindly note the transfer has been completed, the NameServer update is currently in progress. To my surprise I found out that one of the domains was not transferred at all and the website was trashed and the domain parked!! I contacted pro support again regarding this, and after waiting for more than 2 days Lelethu Njozela from pro-support send me an answer and lo and behold it was a support answer FOR A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CLIENT AND DOMAIN!!
