I had a problem comprehending the one fits -all technical guides sent to me by 1-grid as my hurdles seemed out of course. After some to & fro e-mail exchanges between myself and others from 1-Grid support w/out any progress, a guy called Zolani Matsalo took it upon himself to call me to clarify what the problem was. Zolani then again, went to fetch his technical colleague by the name of Antonio Justino. Antonio not only verbally guided me through the steps of the solution on the phone but also remotely took over my PC to ensure I am following every step until breakthrough. Thanks to both Zolani & Antonio - you went beyond the call of duty guys and subsequently retained me as a 1-grid client of the last 10 years for another coming 10 years.
