Lacking Service and Zero Customer Support

I’ve been struggling for months to resolve a seemingly minor issue regarding the delivery of my monthly campaign report—unfortunately, without success. Despite submitting numerous requests, receiving multiple ticket numbers, and making several phone calls, the problem still hasn’t been resolved. My most recent support ticket is already six days old, and I have yet to receive a response. If providing digital services is your company’s core function, issues like this should be resolved promptly. I’m extremely disappointed with the ongoing delays and lack of support.
