Lack of support

Have been experiencing issues with our websites hosted at 1grid is redirecting to spam websites, I have spent more than 5hours on the phone trying to get through to support this week alone ! When you do get through to support, they just state they are still investigating issue or they are consulting senior technicians. So we had to get an independent consultant in to fix issue of websites redirecting because 1rid just simply doesnt care or doesnt know how to fix it, and then the websites are barely up and running for 30hours then its compromised again because 1grids windows servers are compromised ! 1 Grids solution to our problem ? Buy this, upgrade that.. What about actually fixing the problem on your side instead of just trying to sell more of your products. Worst part is you get zero feedback from the support team and have to follow up everyday or just be left in the dark. Extremely unprofessional and no care for customer service

Amended: Zunaid Hurling started assisting me, Zunaid kept me informed and gave feedback regarding solutions. So in my opinion, I'm still very unsatisfied with 1Grid as a company but Zunaid is the only reason we are not busy migrating all domains to different service provider.
