Lack of service
Email is down since this morning, struggling to get through to the contact number. Have sent message on live chat and whatsup chat, no response. Finally got hold to a tech who said they can not assist and need to escalate, unable to let me know how long this will take. Loosing valuable time and money as its work emails. Pathetic service, non-existent. Have to start looking for a company that can provide what we are paying for.

Your whatsup assistant rep**** to my initial message 2,5 hours later and the site message was never responded to. To get through to you is a nightmare so unfortunatly my review remains as its taken me 4 hours to get you to fix your mistake.
