Joseph saves the day
After some dismal service which resulted in me opening a ticket stating the above, along came Joseph (Mubwandarikwa) and through the following days interactions managed to save the day, and my faith in 1-Grid again. He should run the service department. Thank you again Joseph for your effecient and friendly service.
